Recruitment Manager

Location: Pune

Job Summary

This person is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process within the
organization. This includes developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing the
entire hiring lifecycle, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy:
 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing
needs.
 Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing requirements and long-
term workforce planning.

2. Team Management:
 Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
 Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide coaching and feedback.
3. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
 Build and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
 Ensure an efficient Pipeline of candidates across locations.
4. Selection and Hiring:
 Oversee the interview and selection process, ensuring a consistent and fair approach.
 Conduct interviews for senior or specialized positions.
 Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
5. Compliance and Reporting:

 Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
 Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics.
6. Continuous Improvement:
 Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process and practices.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
degree preferred).
 Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar HR role, with a track record of
successfully managing a recruitment team.
 In-depth knowledge of recruitment and hiring best practices, including sourcing techniques and
selection methodologies.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
 Great team management skills.

 

Work Environment:
 The Recruitment Manager typically works in an office setting but may also be required to attend
off-site events or meetings.

Requirements to purchase training or equipment: If a company wants you to pay for training materials or equipment before it will consider you for a job, it is likely fraudulent.
