Job Responsibilities
1. MIS & Data Reporting
• Collect, compile, and analyze business data (Sales, Leads, Conversions, Employee-wise, Region-wise).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of business performance and targets (PIP, QTD, YTD achievements).
• Automate reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, or Power BI (if applicable).
• Ensure timely submission of data to respective departments (Mutual Fund, Insurance, etc.).
2. LMS (Lead Management System) Reporting
• Monitor lead flow and status updates in the LMS across all regions.
• Generate reports on lead conversion ratio, TAT, and pending follow-ups.
• Coordinate with IT and Regional Marketing Managers for any LMS-related issues or updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the LMS by respective teams.
• Track low lead counts and generate alerts for concerned regional teams.
3. Performance Tracking
• Prepare employee-wise and branch-wise performance dashboards.
• Highlight achievement vs. target reports, shortfalls, and PIP compliance status.
• Support management reviews and monthly performance meetings with updated data.
4. Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with multiple departments — IT, Marketing, Mutual Fund, Insurance, and HR — for data requirements.
• Support regional teams with MIS formats and data entry guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all business data.
Skills & Competencies:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Dashboard creation).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Lead Management Systems (LMS) or CRM software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and integrity.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
• Data quality and consistency across systems.
• LMS reporting compliance and regional follow-up closure rates.
• Quality of performance dashboards and insights shared.
Qualifications :
• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or CRM/LMS operations.
• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) sector preferred.
