Assistant Regional Manager (ARM)
Location: Mapusa, Goa
Job Summary
Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) to join our team in Mapusa. The ARM will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with expertise in mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA (Current Account Savings Account). They should have a proven track record in sales, experience in managing multiple branches, and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling various financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs, provide advice, and offer suitable products to meet their requirements.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, credit, and risk, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance the organization’s visibility and acquire new clients.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions to the management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and guiding junior team members, if applicable.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and ensure adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Uphold the reputation of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with expertise in mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in managing multiple branches or teams will be an advantage.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members, if applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Male candidates within the age range of 30-45 will be considered for this position.
Note : The ARM role may require travel within the assigned region and occasional evening or weekend work.
