Job Responsibilities

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial
solutions and excellent customer service.
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking,
and referrals.
● Achieve sales targets by cross-selling various financial products and services, including mutual
funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
● Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs, provide advice, and
offer suitable products to meet their requirements.
● Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients, ensuring
their financial goals are met.
● Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to
provide accurate and timely information to clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, credit, and risk, to ensure smooth client
onboarding and service delivery.
● Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance the
organization’s visibility and acquire new clients.
● Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions to the
management.
● Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and guiding junior team members, if
applicable.
● Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and ensure
adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines.
● Uphold the reputation of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society and maintain high
standards of professionalism at all times.

Skills Required

● Expertise in mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
● Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
● Strong understanding of financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance,
loans, and CASA.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client
relationships.
● Experience in managing multiple branches or teams will be an advantage.
● Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members, if applicable.
