Job Summary

Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to join our team at the Head Office in Pune. The Head of CRM will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship programs and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in any industry, with expertise in CRM programs, loyalty programs, and customer engagement. A post-graduate degree in Marketing or a related field will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and programs to build and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Create and oversee loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and drive repeat business.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify customer preferences, needs, and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives across various departments.
  • Implement CRM software and systems to manage customer data, communication, and engagement.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage and nurture customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies for personalized communication and offerings.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints, and implement strategies to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and customer engagement.
  • Train and mentor team members on CRM practices, systems, and customer-centric approaches.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on CRM performance and present findings to management.
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric role in any industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies and programs.
  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Expertise in CRM software, data management, and customer analytics.
  • Experience in designing and executing loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Male candidates within the age range of 30-45 will be considered for this position.
