Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials,
including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website graphics - Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the organisation's brand guidelines
- Use industry-standard design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools, etc.) to create
and edit designs - Ensure all designs are visually consistent, aesthetically pleasing, and align with the organisation's
branding - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet their specific requirements and
objectives - Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual impact of design projects
- Assist in maintaining the organisation's visual identity and brand integrity across all design
materials
Skills Required
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing
tools, and AI technology - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
