Job Responsibilities

● Determine network requirements and propose solutions to meet the organization's needs.
● Select appropriate network hardware and software components for specific projects.
● Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls,
and load balancers.
● Set up and manage network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion
detection/prevention systems.
● Establish and configure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for secure remote access.
● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in a proactive manner.
● Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades to ensure network reliability and
security.
● Implement network redundancy and failover solutions to minimize downtime.
● Develop and enforce network security policies and access control measures.
● Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
● Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
● Assist end-users in troubleshooting network-related problems.
● Provide technical support and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
● Collaborate with other IT teams, such as systems administrators and application
developers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.
● Should have knowledge of Operating systems Windows and Linux and application
software.
● Should be well versed with handling and troubleshooting of Hardware devices
● Ready to work on our software and data processing for MIS compliance
● Need to maintain H/W inventory
● Should have knowledge of Database management.
● Should be able to identify the requirement  and procurement of hardware as and when
required with due approval from us

Skills Required

● In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards.
● Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
● Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
