Job Summary

As a Real Estate Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage real estate properties on behalf of owners or real estate firms. Your job involves various tasks aimed at maximizing property value, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Job includes assessing the property’s condition, taking pictures, advertising the property,
    identifying potential buyers, offering advice to clients and liaisoning between the two
    parties.
  •  Identify new business opportunities in the real estate industry by conducting market
    research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry to
    ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business
    development plans.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners in the real estate
    industry.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as property management or development, to ensure
    that new business opportunities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities in the real estate
    industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in the relevant domain
  • Expereice 5 Years & above.
