Job Responsibilities

● Manage a portfolio of assigned high-value clients (LWA Agent’s), developing
strong relationships built on trust and excellent service delivery.
● Understand clients'(LWA Agent’s) financial goals, risk profiles, and investment
preferences through regular interactions and reviews.
● Provide personalized advice and recommendations on Society’s products and
services, such as Fixed Deposit, Loans, Mutual Fund, wealth management, and
Insurance services.
● Cross-sell the product training to existing clients (LWA Agent’s) to deepen the
relationship and generate additional revenue.
● Ensure compliance with Society’s regulations, policies, and procedures in all
client interactions and transactions.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as Deposit, Loan, Mutual Fund &
Insurance to facilitate seamless service delivery to clients (LWA Agent’s).
● Monitor and analyze clients'(LWA Agent’s) financial performance, identifying
potential risks and opportunities for the Society.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client (LWA Agent’s) records, including
financial data, correspondence, and account activities.
● Organising and Conducting client (LWA Agent’s) meetings, events, and
presentations to strengthen relationships and promote the Society's offerings.
● Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market
developments to provide valuable insights to clients (LWA Agent’s).
● To drive growth, identifying prospective markets for business development
initiatives should be a priority.

Skills Required

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Team Handling role, preferably in the
banking or financial services industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
and trust with clients (LWA Agent’s).
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand
complex financial situations.
● Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with banking software and systems.
● Knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry best
practices.
● Ability to work independently and Lead of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
