are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team and play a
pivotal role in enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Management:
a. Develop and curate compelling, visually appealing, and on-brand content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
b. Collaborate with the marketing team to create multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and engaging visuals.
2. Social Media Strategy Development:
a. Formulate and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and drive website traffic.
b. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
3. Community Engagement and Management:
a. Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels, fostering positive interactions.
b. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry thought leaders to expand reach and influence.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
a. Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for optimization.
b. Provide regular insights and data-driven recommendations to refine social media strategies.
5. Campaign Planning and Execution:
a. Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns, contests, and initiatives to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
6. Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
a. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence.
b. Explore new platforms and technologies to expand our reach and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
