Training Assistant

Location: Pune(Head Office)

Job Summary

As a Training Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for Co-Ordination along
with Training Manager, Corporate H.R. Team (Belgaum) & Regional H.R.B.P.’s
for Training Activities to be implemented from time to time. This role involves
adherence of Training Activities through Calendar, Arranging Online Training
whenever & wherever required, Co-Ordination with Regional Offices for
harnessing Learning Activities. The ideal candidate should drive the activities
& maintain the required Training Records & MIS as well.

Responsibilities

1. Co-Ordination:
 To develop strong communication array with Corporate H.R.
Team & Regional H.R’s with Senior Management.
 Co-Ordination with Freelance / External Facilitators for
Organising training & their requirements.
 Communicate with Regional H.R. to ensure the Freelance /
External Trainers requirement is fulfilled such as Training
Arrangements including Venue, White Board, Markers, Laptop,
Speakers, Mic, and Other Craft/Stationary Items etc.
Region Visits may be required

2. Training Adherence:
 To ensure the Training Calendar is adhered & follow up with
Regional Teams / Role Holders for brining effectiveness through
attending sessions or through virtual mode.
 Ensure all records pertaining to session (Attendance Sheet,
Assessment Sheets) are collected within prescribed timeframe.

3. MIS & Reporting:
 Preparation of Training Session Reports, MIS for further records
& development of upcoming Training sessions.
 Preparation of PPT’s in Prescribe Templates to present the same
to management, Collate Reports & other data required for
Training.
 Track & Maintain Monthly Sessions Conducted & discuss the
same with Training Manager.
 Contribute to Overall Training & Development Department for
skills enhancement of LMCS Staff.
 To ensure the Training Calendar is adhered & follow up with
Regional Teams / Role Holders for brining effectiveness through
attending sessions or through virtual mode.
 Ensure all records pertaining to session (Attendance Sheet,
Assessment Sheets) are collected within prescribed timeframe.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Arts.
  • Experience of Training Co-Ordination / Co-Ordination will be added
    advantage.
  • Good Written & Oral Communication Skills (English / Hindi /
    Marathi) -Must have skills.
  • Good & Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email
    Communication, Google Meet & Google Forms etc – should have
    skills.
  • Go getter & hard working, positive & self disciplined.
  • Flexible & in few cases region visits may require. (Both Male / Female
    Candidates can be considered)
