About the Company

Lokmanya Co-op Multipurpose Society is a dynamic and innovative finance company with
core values of security, trust, professionalism, and transparency. As the company continues to
grow, they are seeking a multi-tasking Training Coordinator to join their team and assist the
Training & Development (T&D) Team in enhancing employee effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strong communication with the Corporate HR Team, Regional HR teams,
    and Senior Management.
  • Coordinate with freelance/external facilitators for organizing training sessions and
    fulfilling their requirements.
  • Communicate with Regional HR to ensure training arrangements are made, including
    venue, whiteboard, markers, laptop, speakers, microphone, and other necessary
    stationery/craft items.
  • Region visits may be required.
  • Ensure adherence to the Training Calendar and follow up with Regional Teams/Role
    Holders for attending sessions, either in-person or virtually.
  • Collect and maintain records pertaining to sessions (attendance sheets, assessment
    sheets) within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Prepare training session reports, MIS for further records, and development of
    upcoming training sessions.
  • Prepare PPTs in prescribed templates to present to management, collate reports, and
    gather other data required for training.
  • Track and maintain monthly sessions conducted, and discuss with the Training
    Manager.
  • Contribute to the overall Training & Development Department for enhancing the
    skills of LMCS staff.

Skills Required

  • Prior experience organizing and managing training programs would be highly
    beneficial for the role.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and using various multimedia tools
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (must-
    have skills).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, Google Meet,
    Google Forms, etc. (should have skills).
  • Motivated and diligent worker with an optimistic attitude and the ability to stay
    focused on achieving goals.
  • Flexible, as region visits may be required.
