Job Summary
To manage, execute, and supervise on-site civil and structural activities, ensuring that construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Execution
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project progress.
- Execute construction activities as per design, drawing, and specification.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams on-site.
2. Site Supervision & Management
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain daily site logs, reports, and progress records.
3. Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors.
- Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation.
- Attend project review meetings and provide updates on progress.
4. Quality Assurance & Control
- Ensure work is carried out with proper workmanship and as per quality standards.
- Perform tests such as cube testing, slump test, etc., and maintain test reports.
5. Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations.
- Conduct safety tool-box talks and maintain site safety standards.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of drawings, changes, material reconciliation, etc.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progress reports and MIS.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of structural and civil works (RCC, finishing, interiors, external development).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
