Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production of products.
- Manage daily production activities and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate closely with local farmers and women’s groups.
- Conduct training on product preparation, quality standards, hygiene, and packaging.
- Handle coordination between farmers, women’s groups, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support process improvement and adherence to organic standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in food processing, organic products, and rural livelihood projects.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with community groups.
- Willingness to be based in Belagavi.
Preferred Skills:
- End-to-end production management experience.
- Experience working with farmers and women’s groups.
- Knowledge of organic standards and process improvement.
Qualification
• Fresher’s with exposure to social work, NGOs, or CSR activities.
• Strong understanding of CSR concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with social issues, community development, and environmental sustainability.
• Passion for social causes and commitment to making a positive impact.
