- By purchasing, accepting, holding or using this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Age Limit: The event is open to all. Children aged 3 years and above require a valid ticket for entry.
- Admission: Admission is at the sole discretion of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd. and the event venue management.
- The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, timings, venue arrangements or other event-related details, if required, without prior notice.
- Entry: Entry will be permitted only through the designated entrances and after completion of the required security checks.
- Re-entry is not permitted once a ticket holder exits the venue.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal or hazardous substances, flammable materials, fireworks, lighters, matchboxes, outside food and beverages, bottles, cans, professional cameras, recording equipment and any other items restricted by the organiser or venue management are strictly prohibited.
- All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to security checks. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denial of entry without refund or compensation.
- Drug-Free Event: Any person found possessing, consuming, supplying or using illegal drugs or prohibited substances will be immediately removed from the venue and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, causing disturbance, threatening the safety of others, or violating event rules.
- Photography & Recording: Audio/video recording, photography for commercial purposes, professional cameras, tripods and other recording equipment are not permitted unless specifically authorised by the organiser.
- By attending the event, you acknowledge that the organiser, venue, artists and authorised media partners may photograph or record the event. Such photographs/videos may be used for promotional, marketing or archival purposes.
- This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd., the event organiser and the venue management.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
- The organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled or where the organiser specifically announces otherwise.
- In case the event is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket amount will be refundable as per the organiser's announced refund policy. Any additional charges, including booking, internet handling, convenience or payment gateway charges, may be non-refundable.
- The ticket will not be valid if its security features, barcode/QR code or other identification features have been tampered with or altered.
- Tickets purchased through unauthorised sources may be considered invalid, and the holder may be denied entry.
- Attendees are required to follow all instructions issued by the organiser, venue security and event staff. Cooperation is requested for the smooth and safe conduct of the event.
- The organiser reserves the right to change seating arrangements, venue arrangements or other event-related details when necessary.
- Any support act, opening performance or additional performance is subject to change and may be announced at the organiser's discretion.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for delays or changes arising from traffic, weather, government restrictions, technical issues, artist-related circumstances or other events beyond its reasonable control.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute or claim arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at, Maharashtra.
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
- All decisions of the organiser regarding admission, security, venue management and conduct of the event shall be final and binding.
