Job Responsibilities
CSR & Sustainability Initiatives
• Develop and align CSR strategies with company values.
• Identify social/environmental needs through stakeholder input.
• Plan and execute CSR programs (education, sustainability, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government, and communities.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines for CSR projects.
• Monitor project progress and report outcomes to management.
• Manage CSR budgets efficiently.
• Organize employee engagement and volunteering activities.
• Ensure CSR compliance with legal and regulatory norms.
• Stay updated on CSR trends and best practices.
• Represent the company at CSR events and forums.
Accounting & Finance Support
• Record daily transactions in Tally ERP.
• Handle journal entries, purchases, sales, and expenses.
• Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and verify sales/purchase invoices.
• Follow up on payments and billing.
• Assist in GST and TDS filing and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
• Generate basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Support audit preparations and coordinate with auditors.
• Communicate with vendors/clients professionally in English.
• Assist senior accountants and support admin functions.
Qualification
• Fresher’s with exposure to social work, NGOs, or CSR activities.
• Strong understanding of CSR concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with social issues, community development, and environmental sustainability.
• Passion for social causes and commitment to making a positive impact.
