  • This position leads the organization in its goal in starting and developing sales of mutual funds through branch channel
  • Responsible for income and profitability and targets
  • Liasoning with internal and external agencies for business development / Licensing and Documentation
  • Identifying potential customers, markets and products
  • Engage with clients and prospects directly and through teams
  • Drive marketing initiatives with the help of marketing team
  • Pay visits to the Branches, Regional offices and Head office for development of business
  • Maintain record of all activities undertaken in respect of the business development and report progress to the management on periodic basis or when asked for
  • Visit each region once a quarter for review and business development and submit region wise report and MIS
  • Conduct / Organizing trainings, Contests for the branches and all concerned staff as per requirements
