Head of Human Resources
Sonali Dhande joined Lokmanya in March 2024 as the Head of Human Resources. With over 15 years of diverse experience across industries such as Mutual Funds, IT, Real Estate, and the Food Industry, she brings a deep understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
She holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology, a two-year master’s in HR, a PG Diploma in Corporate Law, and is an alumna of IIM Indore.
She recently received the "Pioneering HR Leader of the Year" award.
