Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases for the Hariharan Live Event organised by Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd. (“Lokmanya”, “we”, “our” or “us”) are final and strictly non-refundable.

Once a ticket has been purchased successfully, the ticket holder is not entitled to a refund, cancellation, exchange or compensation for the ticket amount, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

By proceeding with a ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Tickets purchased for the event cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded at the request of the ticket holder.

Refunds will not be provided for, including but not limited to:

Attendees are advised to carefully verify the event date, time, venue, ticket category, seating details and quantity before completing their purchase.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, timings, venue arrangements, seating arrangements, supporting performances or other event-related details, where necessary.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the organiser will communicate the revised details through appropriate official channels. Existing tickets may remain valid for the revised date or arrangements, as communicated by the organiser.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, cancellation, exchange or compensation, except where required under applicable law.

In the event that the organiser cancels the Hariharan Live Event, the organiser will communicate relevant information through appropriate official channels.

No refund will be offered solely on the basis of event cancellation, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or the organiser announces otherwise.

Any event-specific arrangements will be communicated by the organiser through official channels, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Booking fees, internet handling fees, convenience fees, payment gateway charges and other applicable service charges are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any mandatory refund or reimbursement required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

If an amount has been debited from your bank account or payment method but your ticket booking has not been confirmed, please contact us with your transaction reference and relevant booking details.

Such cases will be reviewed to determine the transaction and booking status. Any reversal or refund arising from a failed, duplicate or uncompleted transaction will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's procedures and applicable law.

This provision does not create a general right to cancel or obtain a refund for a successfully confirmed ticket purchase.

Tickets purchased through unauthorised sources, or tickets that have been altered, tampered with or cannot be verified, may be considered invalid and may result in denial of entry.

Lokmanya will not ordinarily be responsible for refunds relating to tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers, subject to applicable law.

Attendees are advised to purchase tickets only through the official event landing page or other channels specifically authorised by the organiser.

As a general rule, refund requests for confirmed ticket purchases will not be accepted.

For assistance relating to booking confirmation, failed transactions, duplicate payments or other payment-related issues, please contact us with your booking reference and transaction details.

Lokmanya reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on the official event landing page.

Any amendment will be subject to applicable law and will not override mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

By purchasing or using a ticket for the Hariharan Live Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms, subject to applicable law.
